How do I care for my ITZIAR Swimwear?

ITZIAR bikinis are made with the highest quality fabrics and delicate crochet details. To keep your ITZIAR swimwear in tip top shape, please follow these care instructions:

  • Handwash with a mild soap in cold water only.
  • Hang dry in the shade.
  • Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach.
  • Do not leave rolled up wet or wring out.
  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric.
  • Do not use chlorine this can ruin your bikini, make sure to wash immediately if it get exposed to any type of detergent.
  • Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning can stain or damage your bikini.

To extend the life of your ITZIAR swimwear, we recommend rinsing with fresh water immediately after use. ITZIAR does not take back wash or worn items.

What do I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

What do I do if I want to exchange an item?

To Exchange your bikini, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Fill out the Return/exchange Form on our website within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Attach the return form to your bikini and ship it back to us.
  3. We'll process your return and issue a full refund (minus the original shipping cost).

The item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

ITZIAR offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost) on items that meet the above conditions

To initiate a return, simply fill out the Return Form on our website using the order number and zip code used to process your order, within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once your RA Number is assigned, the product must be received back by ITZIAR within 14 days.

The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?

We are committed to sustainability and want everyone to feel special. That's why we create limited-edition pieces that are unique and won't be repeated every season. ITZIAR will email you when similar items becomes available again.

I have reached out to the customer care team and am yet to hear back. What should I do?

ITZIAR customer service is available 9am till 5pm business days. Please allow 24 business hours for a response to be received. If you have not heard back after 24 hours, please contact customer service again.

Can I cancel my order without being charged?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order after it has been confirmed and payment has been received.

What does our newsletter allow you to receive?

Where is my order? I have not received it yet?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.

For all orders, please allow 2-6 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays and the delivery time frame excludes delays caused during international custom’s processing.

The tracking number for my order isn’t showing any tracking updates. Where is it?

Tracking updates may not always be accurate. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update, especially when the parcel reaches the delivery postal depot.

Can I exchange items on sales?

There are no exchanges on items on sales. All items on sale are sold as final sale only. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for further details.

Where are your ITZIAR items designed and manufactured?

ITZIAR is designed with Love in Chile with our own design team and hand-crafted by amazing skilled woman in Peru.
