We want you to love your ITZIAR bikinis as much as we do, which is why we offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund or exchange.
To return your bikini, please follow these simple steps:
- Fill out the return form on our website within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Attach the return form to your bikini and ship it back to us.
- We'll process your return and issue a full refund (minus the original shipping cost).
For sanitary issues the item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
ITZIAR offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost) on items that meet the above conditions
To initiate a return, simply fill out the Return Form on our website using the order number and zip code used to process your order, within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once your RA Number is assigned, the product must be received back by ITZIAR within 14 days.
Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage.
Once the items have been received and inspected we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost) withing 14 days of receiving the product in our facilities.
ITZIAR cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
For returns in the US the shipping cost is on us. If the returns is international you will be responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouses. Duties are not refundable.
If you are exchanging: you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange.
If refunding: the full set must be returned (top, bottom and bag). Please note that we do not mix and match style and colors. All bikini sets on the website are sold as is. We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom if this was sell like a complete set.
