- Items must be in original condition with tags and hygiene seals in place.
- Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
- For returns in the US, the shipping cost is on us. For international returns, you are responsible for shipping costs.
- We offer full refunds (item price excluding original shipping cost) for items that meet the above conditions.
- To initiate a return, fill out the Return Form on our website within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
- We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
- Duties are not refundable.
If you are exchanging, you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange. If refunding, the full set must be returned (top, bottom, and bag).
